The houses in the cottage complex have a Right of Use Permit /Act 16/; they are offered finished according Bulgarian public standard. Family houses with individual plots, with ground coat and cement. On the land plot are built 10 houses with area 112, 115 and 116 sq.m. and plots from 300 to 430 sq.m
