The cozy hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful mountain Rodopi, 1200 meters above the sea level, in the village Momchilovci. The village is situated only 80 kilometers away from the international air port in Plovdiv, 14 kilometers away from the beautiful town Smolian and 12 kilometers away

The complex consists of 2 buildings:The 1nd building was built 2007. It is a hotel with built up It consists of 36 rooms, 7 apartments from 45 to 85 sq.m., foyer –reception with fire place, staff rooms, SPA center, additional premises, restaurant with 100 sitting places and kitchen. There is a local heating with 2 electrical cauldrons. Wholly hotel equipment was bought: laundry, drying machines, ironing machines, floor cleaning machine. The hotel is wholly furnished with wrought iron furnishing. The floors are covered with Spanish terracotta; bathrooms - English mono blocks, Italian wash –basins and faience, Italian stuff in the rooms. Roof –copper iron, facades – plaster and hung façade. In the yard are made parking place and 640 sq.m. park. The 2rd building is and consists of 2 apartments, 110 sq.m. each of them and 3rd semi floor. Local heating and electrical installation are made. There is a splendid panorama.
