Holiday and Rehabilitation Complex, Haskovo region, is located in the south-eastern Bulgaria, in the Rhodopes well-known Balkan Mountain, a mother of the famous legends of Antiquity Orpheus, Spartacus, etc.
The eastern part of the Rhodopes is famous for being the most beautiful Bulgarian mountain, which, by a strange whim of destiny, has preserved an exceptional number and species of flora and fauna. The region is famous for much game and rare species of birds, protected by the Red Book.
The Holiday and Rehabilitation Base is not far from Greece and Turkey. Many picturesque rivers join in the region on their way to the Aegean Sea.
The famous Perperikon, Tatul, the Castle of Lyutitsa – the Marble Town, the Tomb in the village of Svirachi and the Armira Roman Villa since 3rd century от 3 century A. C. are a natural attractive center for tourists but they are only the recognized names among the great number of research excavations, which are being made in the region now.
It is an ecologically clean region not only in Bulgaria but on the Balkan Peninsula.
The property has been designed as a sports and rehabilitation base in the spirit of the Bulgarian National Revival architecture. The site has been made as a residence hotel type. It is a two-storey building. There is an inner courtyard and an outdoor pool, an indoor sports room /20 х 30 m/ and a fitness room, a restaurant & tavern on 100 sq. m., and a kitchen.
The central entrance is to the north and it is a wooden gate. One enters through it to the inner courtyard and rooms. There have been designed 30 one-, two- and three-rooms and 4 suits, where there is a sitting room and 2 bedrooms, in terms of a residence hotel type.
Bathrooms and toilets are separated in all rooms. 
There is a basement on 170 sq. m. in the building.
There is a rehabilitation centre, including a consulting room, a sauna, a tangent room, a massage room, a changing room with a toilet and a shower cubicle, and a conference room seated 40.
The site has been built with a monolith ferroconcrete structure and brick walls. The roof structure is wooden, a sloped roof and ventilable under-roof space. The bathrooms are tiled and terracotted and the respective taps are installed. The walls are latexed, and the flooring is moquetted and laminated. The courtyard, veranda and pavements are stoned and wooden.
