New 3 stars hotel in construction, 2200 sq.m. built up area. It is located in Bansko town, in a quiet, but in same time very attractive place, several minutes walking from the center and ski lift. It is suitable for a winter, as well for a summer holiday.
The hotel consists of 4 floors with mansard and ground floor. There are 28 spacious rooms in the hotel, among them – studios and 4 maisonettes -almost all of them have balconies. There are bathrooms with shower cabin, bath tubs and Jacuzzi. There are foreseen also: phone, cable TV, mini bar, electronic safety box, internet fire alarm system, panic system in the bathrooms, Italian lift for 5 persons etc.  
On the ground floor there are situated: reception, hair dresser’s, lobby bar, conference hall, ski wardrobe, manager office, 2 rooms. 
1st floor– 11 spacious rooms, among them studios as well, almost of them with balconies equipped.

3rd floor – 4 studios with balconies, 4 maisonettes with balconies and panoramic view.
On the ground floor there is a big restaurant of traditional style with 100 sitting places, SPA center with a big Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, shock shower, relax zone and massage room; ice generator.
