The project of a closed type townhouse complex is called Sea Horizon, due to the magnificent view to the sea, revealed from the plot. This territory is one of the less untouched places of the Bulgarian coastline.

The general plan for the development of the plot is offered in the following way:

1. 3 groups, each one including 2 two-floored houses with common wall
2. 2 individual houses
3. 6 buildings, distributed on 3 floors with 12 apartments

The territory of the park is distributed on 11 685 sq m. The total built up area of the buildings should take 6 860 sq m, according to the project.
