The plot is located 12 km away from the Black Sea resort Albena, the plot’s face to the main road is 645. The other side of the plot borders on Batovska river. The beautiful place is located in the region of Batovo, among green fields and forests. The plot is situated between two wildlife sanctuaries – the first one is for moufflons and the second one is for wild pigs. There is permission to hunt animals in the sanctuaries, that’s why the place is very suitable for this kind of tourism.

The plot’s area is 15 100 square meters with all necessary permissions from KAT, WSS, the electricity company. On the plot are made geological examinations. Through the plot runs mineral water, there is made chemical investigation of the water by HEI in Dobrich. Here has been placed water reservoir of WSS, but it is already closed.

There is pine forest on the plot. There is permission for clearing of the area which will be necessary for building.

There are planning and project visa, electricity and water supply.
