The complex is located in Sarafovo district in Burgas. In a close proximity are the sea, the center of the district and the international airport. The complex consists of two buildings – building A and building B, situated in a beautiful yard with area of 1167 square meters. The buildings are with separate entrances and elevators.

The total built up area of the complex is 3663,50 square meters.

Building A:

The building consists of five floors and one terrace floor. On the ground floor there five shops and one garage. On each one of the second, third fourth and fifth floor there are two one bedroom apartments and two two bedroom apartments. On the terrace floor are built up two one bedroom apartments and one studio.

Building B:

The building consists of five floors. On the first floor there are six garages and one one bedroom apartment. On the last floor are built up three one bedroom apartments. The rest of the floors consists of four one bedroom apartments. There is a parking area around building B for five cars.

The walls in the apartments are painted by latex, the floors in the kitchens and in the corridors are covered by tiles, the floors in the other rooms are covered by laminate or tiles. In the bathrooms there are shower, sink and toilet. The apartments are with MDF doors and PVC windows.
