The residential complex under construction is situated between the village of Ravda and the town of Nessebar, at 1st sea line.

The complex consists of 4 buildings, grouped by 2. In every couple one of them is of wood, and the second one-of stone. The buildings of stone are established on columns and under them are situated the bat and the restaurant. In the construction are involved only high quality materials.

The complex offers 2 types of apartments: studio and one bedroom apartment.

The walls are 50 сm thick. For the purposes of sun protection, all the windows of stone buildings are “packed” with white curtains. The facades of wooden buildings in the points where connect between each other, from vertical are changing to horizontal shelters, and the walls- 45 cm with ventilated layer in the foundation. Фасады деревянных строений в местах их соединений, из вертикальных переходят в горизонтальные навесы, а стены - 45 см с вентилируемым слоем в основании.

The roof will be greened. The natural landscape and existing trees will be kept

The development foresees besides keeping of the existing greenery, also to be planted new trees.
