The residential building is situated in Vinitsa district, only 8 km from the city center and 18 km from the airport, not far from the sea.

The complex consists of 5 floors and is wholly finished.

The district of Vinitsa is very nice, with well developed infrastructure.  Regular bus transport connects the district with Golden Sands resort and St. St. Constantine and Helena resort , with the city center and Varna international airport. There are shops, banks, schools , etc.

The complex can be used as a holiday, also for a permanent residence.
