The three-floored house with total built up area of 222 sq m. is located in Varna region, 4 km from the sea, 23 km from Varna city center, 30 km from the international airport, 20 km from the gorgeous sea resorts Albena and Golden Sands, 19 km from the pearl of the Northern coastline of the state – Kranevo and 32 km from the white town of Balchik and its main historical monument – the castle of the Roman queen.
