The brick house is situated in town of Sozopol, its total built up area is 230 sq m. The house consists of 3 floors and one mansard floor, the area of its plot is 175 sq m – ½ from regulated plot of 370 sq m. The house has local healing system.

The construction of the house is completed in 1995, the house is announced as a cultural monument. It is located in the old part of the town. The magic atmosphere and the unique romance of the town combine with the astonishing nature, azure sea and historical prodigy and feature Sozopol as one of the most beautiful Bulgarian coastal towns.

The ground floor has individual entrance, its total built up area is 60,31 sq m. The floor is separated into underground room, corridor with inside staircase, bathroom and toilet.

First floor – individual entrance, 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, inside staircase. The area of this floor is as well 60,31 sq m.

The second floor offers individual entrance, 2 rooms with individual balconies, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, corridor and inside staircase. The area of the floor is 75, 12 sq m.

There is mansard apartment in the Southern part of the house, distributed on area of 33 sq m. The apartment is separated in two rooms, toilet and kitchen.
