The modern two floored house is located just 25 kilometers away from the beaches of the sea capital of Bulgaria Varna, in the wonderful village Avren –municipality center. The luxurious building is constructed by the most qualified materials, used nowadays, here reveals fabulous panorama to the beautiful lake, forests and fields, surrounding the village. There are used Wienerbeger bricks, Bramak tiles, oak wood and natural stones. There is fireplace with radiators in the house.
