The holiday complex is located on cape Saint Atanas, in the beautiful Black Sea town of Byala. Not long ago here have been found remains of ancient town, more than 2000 years old.

Byala is a peaceful town with beautiful surroundings, clean beaches and fresh air. Varna and the international airport are located 50 kilometers away, the ancient town of Nesebar – 45 km and Burgas city is situated 55 kilometers away.

The complex is built up 300 m from a private beach and the fishing port. It is constructed by the most qualified materials that are used nowadays, in accordance to the climate characteristic of the region. The concrete construction is completed in 2010 year. The walls are built of bricks, the roofs of the main building and the villas are covered by tiles.

The complex consists of one five floored building and 15 houses. The main building is separated into two corpuses A and B.

The houses are composed by two floors. The built up area of each one is 205,56 square meters. The first floor of each house offers spacious guestroom and bathroom with toilet. The second floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The territory of the complex offers spacious green garden, 2 swimming pools, restaurant, pool bar, lobby bar and night club, children playground, sauna, massage center and fitness.
