The cottage complex is located in Lozenec resort. The resort is situated on the South Black Sea coast, in a close proximity to Strandja mountain. This is a region with favorable climate, suitable not only for vacation in the summer, but as well for the all year.

The complex is a cottage village. Its total area is 18 000 square meters. The complex consists of thirty three cottages, each one with individual private garden. The complex offers swimming pool, around the pool there is relax area. There are built up four types of cottages. Their area begins from 120 square meters up to 189 square meters and depends on the project of the building. The cottages are built up by high quality materials, there is thermo insulation and individual watering system for each of the houses. 1. Cottage of the “town house’ type. The built up area of the house is 145 square meters, the yard area is 200 square meters. There are built up guest room with dining room and kitchen section, three bedrooms with individual bathrooms, toilet and covered terrace. The price does not include the furniture, the furnishing is possible in a period of 20 days.
2. Cottage of the “town house” type. This is a two floor house, the built up area is 145 square meters, the area of the yard is 400 square meters. On the first floor there are dining room and kitchen, guest room and toilet. On the second floor are built up three bedrooms with individual bathrooms.
3. One floor house with amazing sea view. The built up area of the house is 160 square meters, the yard’s area is 500 square meters. The cottage consists of dining room with kitchen, covered terrace with BBQ, three bedrooms with bathrooms, guest room with fireplace.
4. The built up area of the fourth house is 189 square meters, the area of the yard is 500 square meters. There are dining room with kitchen section, three bedrooms with individual bathrooms, guest room with fireplace, covered terrace with barbeque. The cottage is fully furnished.
