The villa complex is situated 35 kilometers away from Sunny Beach resort and 48 kilometers away from Burgas, 100 meters above sea level. Thanks to its clever location the complex provides not only an excellent sea view, but a view to the green hills around the complex.

The complex is composed of one floor houses and two floor houses with surrounding areas. There are a swimming pool for adults and another one for children, individual parking area for each house, BBQ, individual gardens on the territory of the complex. It is suitable for all year life and summer vacation as well.

The area of the one floor houses is 100 sq.m. the area of the two floor apartments is 150 square meters. There are guest room with separated dining room, bathroom, two or three bedrooms, balcony and veranda in each house. Air conditioning system, all year maintenance.
