The complex is composed by 8 cozy houses, built up among green areas, beautiful alleys and decorative trees and flowers. The territory of the complex is surrounded by green hedges. Each house is offered with individual yard and parking area.

The houses consists of two floors, the total built up area of each one is 130 square meters. The first floor of each house is separated into spacious guestroom with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and veranda. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets and two terraces are situated on each of the second floors.

There is a Right of Use Permit, no maintenance fee.
