Complex is situated in Ravda resort, only 2 km away from Nesebar. The distance from the complex to the beach is less than 400m. The complex is situated near one of the most attractive and visited restaurants in this part of Black Sea - "Varvari". The infrastructure in the region is completely developed. There is regular transportaion to the town of Nesebar, Sunny beach resort and the city of Burgas, during the summer season a free bus that goes to the biggest Aqua park "Nesebar" passes on every 30 minutes. 

 Complex is a monolithic four storey building with two entrances. It is situated only 250 m from the beach. To the building are provided six parking lots, kids playground, relax area with fountain and arbour, richly covered with roses and greenery. The building is appropriate for summer rest and year-round use, as well. It consists of 18 apartments. Annual service tax – 6 eur/sq.m.
