The apartment complex & SPA is already issued in June 2008. Situated near to the complex Kasandra and the main road Bourgas -Varna. In the vicinity of the complex has many hotels and restaurants, and the distance to the beach is five minutes walking.

The complex has SPA centre, reception desk, shops, as well as beauty salon, inside pool with Jacuzzi, fitness, outside pool with lounges, umbrellas, outside bar, green areas and parking. There is a choice of studios and one-bed apartment, offering style and comfort equipped and furnished holiday home with an option for home meal.

Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with utensils and cutlery, refrigerator and everything necessary for self-preparation of food. In each living room there is an air conditioning, comfortable sofa that turns into a comfortable and large bed, cable TV. Furniture and equipment are included in the price.

Reception desk and parking are free for owners and our guests, and the use of the pool, umbrellas and lounges. We have and safes deposit boxes at the reception desk for your safety and comfort.

Our company provides maintenance of the common areas - technical service of the lifts, the pools, the street lighting, the green areas, cleaning of the territory, hygiene of the staircase, 24-hours security in the all year.
