The distillery factory is located 10 km from Silistra town, in a large village, only 15 km from the Romanian border, Silistra region, Bulgaria.

The total area of the plot is 6095 sq m

The factory provides the following buildings:

• Main massive building, distributed on total area of 570 sq m, the building is separated in office, 2 bathrooms, bedroom and laboratory

• Second massive building with total built up area of 310 sq m

• Third massive building with total built up area of 21 sq m

• Fourth massive building, distributed on 10,50 sq m

• Security building with area of 6,25 sq m

The current owner of the factory is Dobrudja 77 Ltd
