The hotel is situated in one of the most popular ski resorts of Bulgaria. The town is the most famous and beautiful winter sport and tourism center in Bulgaria. It is located in the foot slopes of the magnificent mountain Pirin. Not far is the highest mountain of the Balkans – Rila, as well as Rodopi – fairy mountain massive, revealing unforgettable landscapes.
The residential building consists of 8 apartments.
The total built up area of the hotel is about 705 sq m. The area of the plot is distributed on 350 sq m.
The ground floor provides café bar with fireplace, fitness room, sauna, ski wardrobe and toilet. All these rooms could be adjusted in order to be apartments.
The total built up area of the two apartments on the ground floor is 120,50 sq m. There are two apartments on each of the first and the second floors, the total area of each one couples of apartments is 140,50 sq m. The last floor provides 2 apartments, distributed on area of 140,50 sq m. One of these apartments is situated on two levels – the ceiling room is distributed on 40,50 sq m.
