The vineyard is located in Pazardzhik region, not far from the motor way. Vineyard’s structure:

Cabernet: 171 000 sq.m.

Merlot – 14 000 sq.m.

Chardonnay – 11000 sq.m.

Sauvignon Blanc – 14 000 sq.m.

The vineyards’age:

155 000 sq.m. – year 2001 with concrete piles;

55 000 sq.m. – year 2006 with wooden piles;

Planting scheme: : distance inside the rows -1,20 m., between the rows – 2,20 m or 413 vines per 1000 sq.m.

The vineyard is with a splendid terroir, proved by detailed soil analysis in France and Bulgaria. The vineyard reaches in 2010 its full yield – about 180 t. Irrigation is possible through the channel under the vineyard. The vineyard is surrounded by a massive fence. There are also paths and a land plot 50 000 sq.m., suitable for the construction of a wine cellar. Also could be added an additional land plot 55 000 sq.m., suitable as for a vineyard, as well for an orchard. The vineyard is offered inclusive equipment. There are wine samples from 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 year.
