The apple orchards are located close to Burgas city, on the territory of 350 000 square meters. The trees are grown by using the highest possible technologies. They are with shallow root system M9, due to this the trees are dwarf and highly productive.

The gardens are separated into three main massifs in a proximity to the establishment’s base and the village.

The trees are situated in rows 3,5 meters distant from each other, the distance between the separate trees is about 80 – 110 centimeters. In the gardens are planted about 95 000 trees of 8 Italian and Polish sorts. In the process of planting are followed all rules, necessary for the correct pollination for each sort.  There is drip irrigation system in the gardens.

The company has rent dam with area of 120 000 square meters, this is deep sloping dam, connected to the gardens by plumbing system. In this way the irrigation expenses are minimal.

The equipment of the company consists 4 tractors ( big tractor Case,  two tractors URUS, one tractor UMZ) in excellent condition, truck MAN, cooling system, long base, Buge system, small truck Mercedez Vario, 2 sprayers with horizontally directed nozzles (1000 l), 2 tractor-mounted sprayers (450 l), 2 cultivators "Falkonero", 2 cutters, 2 shredders, planting machine (5000 - 5500 trees per day), 7 trailers for the harvest, two tractor-trailers, gas car, 1500 containers ( the capacity of one container is 250 kg), 3000 plastic crates.

The establishment is one of the main distributors of Metro, Carfour and T-market for 2011 year.
