The bakery is located in the Western part of Kyustendil, this is the specialized industry sector of the town which offers excellent opportunities for development. The town is situated 80 kilometers away from Sofia. The bakery is placed close to the international road E 79.

The area of the bakery is 400 square meters. It consists of one main building, second building and yard. There is an opportunity for building a second floor. In the main building there are office and production section - washing room, room for slicing the bread, packing room, cooling room, storage for packages, toilets and dressing room. The second building is a storage.

The rooms are 4 meters high, the walls and the floors are covered by antibacterial epoxy material. There are air conditioners in the rooms. The production process can be performed by using electricity, gas or diesel. There is aspiration in the buildings. The building is covered by polyurethane panels. There is individual water source and two hydrophores.

The bakery is offered with cars by distribution. It works 24 hours. There are delivery contracts with Metro Cash and Carry, Kaufland Bulgaria, Pro market, Valan and Europe.

Production of dietary products is foreseen.
