The carpentry factory is located in Lovech region.

The factory is placed on area of 5500 square meters, the total built up area is 2500 square meters and it consists of three buildings.

The first central building is used as production base, there is located the equipment of the factory. The second building is empty and dry, it is foreseen as storage for the ready production. In the third building are built up dining room for the stuff, office with living place, bathroom and toilet for the owner of the factory or its manager. There is separate toilet for the workers.

The factory is fully equipped and ready for using. The equipment includes truck, loader and two more specialized cars.
