The guest house is located in Kiten, on a quiet and peaceful street, 30 meters away from the bus station and from the park and 300 meters away from the beach. The comfortable location of the house close to restaurants, shops and other facilities makes it perfectly suitable for summer vacation.

The built up area of the house is 500 square meters. The house is built up in 1997 year.

The house is foreseen as a hotel. The building consists of five floors. On the first floor there are three rooms, bathroom and toilet. On each of the other floors there are 2 one bedroom apartments with bathrooms and toilets and separate corridors. The rooms of the apartments can be used as studios, as well. This way each two studios will be with common bathroom. The apartments on the second floor are with kitchens. Each apartment offers big and comfortable terrace.

The guest house is fully furnished. There is garage for two cars.

There is yard with area of 330 square meters. In the yard are placed BBQ, children playground and relaxing zone.
