The hotel is located on a quiet street in the ancient part of Sozopol. The quay is situated in less than 50 steps away of the hotel, right of the quay is the beach of the town. The built up area of the hotel is 280 square meters. The construction is built up by bricks. The hotel consists of four floors on which are placed five apartments. There is a spacious room foreseen and used as a restaurant. On the last floor is made mansard terrace offering wonderful sea panorama.

Each one of the apartments offers air conditioner, fridge, TV, fully equipped bathroom and toilet.
