Saint Vlas is one of the most famous and modern resorts on the Bulgarian coastline. The resort is located on the South slopes of the mountain, 3 kilometers away from Sunny Beach, 8 kilometers away from Nesebar.  The town combines the beauty of the sea coastline and the romantic atmosphere of the mountains.  The climate here is healing, the air is clean and fresh, the winter is really short – there are more than 300 sunny days yearly.

The town is founded in 2 century, receives its current name in 14 century. In 1963 Saint Vlas is proclaimed as healing center.

The yacht port “Marina Dinevi” in Saint Vlas is one of the most modern aquatories in Bulgaria. Every year here is held the International Regatta “Saint Vlas”, since 2011 year Saint Vlas has hosted super –car rally – the event is hosted in August.

“Sorrento Sole Marie” complex is situated in a beautiful green area, 150 meters away from the beach, 1 kilometer away from the yacht port.  There is a tennis-court 20 meters away and a bus stop 5 meters away. The place offers an excellent infrastructure and conditions for all year living.

The architecture of the complex is modern, the complex is composed of 4 elegantly united in a common ensemble separate buildings.  Each building consists of six floors.  The complex is covered by sandy-yellow color and Mediterranean – green color.  The windows are decorated by wrought iron. There are in the complex inner yard with separated into zones swimming pool, Mediterranean gardens and water cascades, fountains, comfortable relax zones, café situated on veranda. There are as well playground, club-restaurant, parking area and alleys for walking.

The complex is built up by high quality materials, the apartments offers a sea view or a view to the mountain.  Each one of the apartments has a balcony, a veranda or its own green garden.  There are built up high galleries which offer natural ventilation in the summer and accumulate sunlight in the winter.

In the complex are built up 64 studios, 70 one bedroom apartments and 6 two bedroom apartments. The apartments are offered on a key-ready level of completion.  The doors are MDF, covered by natural veneer, the floors are covered by laminate and ceramic tiles,  plastic windows,  air conditioner with healing and cooling system, the bathrooms are fully equipped.  There are internet access, cable TV and telephone access.

In order to insure the comfort of the owners the management of the complex offers all year maintenance and security, all year management.
