Reserving an apartment:

Clients may reserve an apartment for a fee of € 2000.

The property will be removed from the market for a period of up to four weeks.

Maintenance:

For the sake of the owners’ greater convenience the complex will be managed by a central administration, which will ensure the service and management of the complex. That would include the design and the maintenance of the green areas, the cleaning and the repair of the common parts, the servicing of the swimming pool and the letting out the apartments.
