Architecture:

In architectural plan the complex reproduces the atmosphere of old Bulgarian architecture through the view of contemporary from 21st century. Exclusive combination of past and present gives irresistible charm of this unique complex. Two buildings are planned and realized with real professionalism, love and masterly skill of detail. In them are disposed 51 apartments with floorage of 32 square meters to 82 square meters are located in the buildings. The apartments are structured according to schemes for one-room /single/, two-rooms and three-rooms dwellings. The plan-schemes of the dwellings are decided in such a way that the living rooms /in many decisions with one and more bedrooms/ are orientated to the sea.

The Complex has parking places for 16 cars.

  •     The flats in Building 1 are 26 – 16 two-room with size of 48 square meters to 58 square meters; 10 three-room with size of 72 square meters to 82 square meters.

Òhe facades are polished with smooth white plaster on mineral base and finished with wooden elements colored in brown contrast. The plinths, the first and somewhere the second floors are worked with a cover of unformatted constructive stone. The roofs are tiled, looking like the Old Bulgarian one-street tile. Òhe joinery is made of colorful aluminum profiles. The parapets and the balconies are made of wood and according to the designer’s detailed decision of 1.05 meters height over the floor level. All wooden materials are processed with modern, special inflammable primers and finishing covers.

All the apartments in the settlement are offered at \" turn key\". Finishing works in the complex are conformable to highest construction standards and include excellent isolation of external walls.

All apartments are completely air-conditioned, and the windows are with double glass package and joinery, resembling wood. In each apartment there are qualitative wooden doors and massive front doors with key locks. In the apartments there are terminals for phone, TV and Internet.
