The luxurious new complex is located in Byala, in a close proximity to the central beach, next to all conveniences of the cozy town. The warm weather, the beautiful landscapes, and the conveniences of the developed civil culture and civilization create excellent conditions for year round life here.

The declivitous rocky beaches here combines with the spacious sandy sectors and add especial charm to this place. The beaches here are considered as the cleanest on the whole Bulgarian coastline. The complex is performed in classical style, in the building process are used thermo insulation materials, in order to avoid the possibility the walls to overheat. The five-floored construction iz made by special extensively porous bricks. There are 67 apartments in the complex – 26 studios, 39 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments. The windows of the apartments reveal beautiful view to the sea. The front doors of the apartments are armored, the interior doors are by MDF, the walls are laminated, there are air conditioners and equipment in the bathrooms. The apartments offer internet access, TV, plugs in each room.

There are projected swimming pool, landscaped park, parking area and pool bar on the territory of the complex. There will be 24 hours security and controlled access to the complex, cleaning and maintenance of the common areas.
