Sunny Beach is located 42 km away from Burgas, between Saint Vlas and Nesebar. This place is well famous due to the fact here are more than 250 sunny days in the year, this is the reason according to which the resort has received its name. The length of the beach is 15 km and 150 m wide. The location of the resort in the foot of the mountain makes the summer nights fresh. The infrastructure of the resort is well developed. The residential complex is situated in Sunny Beach, in quiet and peaceful area. In the complex are built up 82 apartments – 25 studios with area from 37 square meters up to 57 square meters, 21 one bedroom apartments with area from 65 square metrs up to 103 square meters and 35 two bedroom apartments with area from 85 square meters up to 123 square meters.

The concrete construction of the complex is armor2ed, the walls are built up by bricks, without using plaster board.  PVC windows with double glazing, MDF doors with safety locks.  The floor is covered by granite and tiles.

The building consists of 5 housings with separate entrances and hydraulic elevators.

There are in the complex restaurant with 100 seats, bar, shop, reception, management office. On the outside yard there is parking area. In the inner parts of the yard there are swimming pool with relax zone, children playground.

There are 24 hours security, maintenance, year round management. The maintenance fee for one year is 8 Euro. There is opportunity to rent out the apartments in the complex.
