It is a hotel with built up It consists of 36 rooms, 7 apartments from 45 to 85 sq.m., foyer –reception with fire place, staff rooms, SPA center, additional premises, restaurant with 100 sitting places and kitchen. There is a local heating with 2 electrical cauldrons. Wholly hotel equipment was bought: laundry, drying machines, ironing machines, floor cleaning machine.
