The house is located at 1130 m altitude, in the most charming part of Rhodopi mountain – in the village of Hasovitsa. The area is characterized by a mild climate, fresh mountain air (high negative ionization) and splendid panoramas.

This region is suitable for hunting//fishing tourism or just for an active summer and winter holiday.  There is an asphalted road to the house with good access in all the seasons.

The total built up area is 270 sq.m., the land plot -  550 sq.m. The property has already Right of Use Permit. There is a landscape design of the plot, many decorative plants were planted.  The yard is surrounded by a massive steal-concrete fence, faced by a natural stone and wrought iron gratings. The yard is decoratively paved, with curb stones. There are a green zone for children and a BBQ.

The house consists of three floors.

3rd floor – two bedrooms, bathroom/WC with a boiler, independent from the local heating, 2 balconies, corridor;

2nd floor-two bedrooms with separate bathrooms/WC, equipped laundry room, separate boiler on the floor;

1st floor -bedroom, bathroom/WC, spacious living room with a fire place, mini bar, equipped built in kitchen.

There is an additional separate guest building. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom/WC, and living room with kitchen, equipped with all the devices and a terrace, where is revealed a splendid panorama.

Cauldron room, with installed cauldron, functioning with solid fuel, 2 boilers x 300 l, which keep the water from the cauldron hot, for the central water supply with hot water and heating. There is also hydrophore system for independent water supply with a capacity of 1000 l, which is capable to function separate and together with the central water supply of the village. Nearby is situated a staff room.  

There are also service premises – coal and wood store 20 sq.m., basement store 15 sq.m., garage 30 sq.m. and a parking place for 3 cars.
