The house is located in the heart of the ancient town of Sozopol. Against the building are the islands Saint Ivan and Saint Peter, where have been found the remains of Saint Joan. The beach and the center of the old city could be approached in less than 5 minutes walking. The infrastructure around the house is well maintained. There is parking place. There are many traditional taverns and international restaurants not far away.

The house is situated in a convenient and cozy yard, the total area of the plot is 170 sq m. The yard is separated in two parts – the first one is covered by green grass and flowers, the second one provides wooden benches and table for guests, there are stone sink with tap, pavilion and vineyard of two sorts.

The total built up area of the house is 180 sq m. The building is distributed on two floors, it has been completely repaired in 2008. The roof is new, the façade and the interior walls are thermo insulated, the windows are with PVC profile.

First floor – spacious guestroom with two separated sections, toilet with shower and bathroom with shower cabin, kitchen, storage cell with washing machine and wet room.

The second floor is separated in 4 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

The house could be used as for summer vacations in this unique coastal town year round life, as well as to be rented to tourists.
