The house is located in Balchik town. The town of Balchik is 31 km north and north-east of Varna, 501 km away from Sofia, and is situated on the coast itself. There is a big harbour used for medium- size passenger and trade vessels.
Except as a palace, a palace complex and a botanical garden (the biggest and various on the Balkans), the city involves tourists with the remained shape from time immemorial.
