The complex will be built up in quiet, sunny area, on the very first line of the sea in the beautiful coastal resort Aheloy. There are projected 20 houses, which are supposed to ensure all necessary conveniences for year round life. The location of the complex ensures fabulous panorama to the sea. There is foreseen excellent infrastructure of the complex – BBQ, swimming pool, pool bar, reception, parking places, children playground, spacious green gardens with flowers, trees and alleys. There will be installed internet access, cable TV access, telephone system, security system.

Each house will be situated on individual plot with area of 172 square meters up to 360 square meters. The total built up area of the houses starts from 118 sq.m. up to 199 sq.m., each house is distributed into two floors. Each house has a terrace with flower beds.

The construction of the houses will be monolithic and built up by reinforced concrete, in accordance to all European standards. There is hydro insulation of the roof, all walls are built up by bricks, the reilings of the balconies are made by wrought iron. Each house will be completed on a turn key level.

The complex will be completed in the summer of 2015 year.
