The complex is a new building, added to the residential complex “Atlantis”.

Situated at 200 m from it and 300 m from the beach, is suitable for holiday or all year round stay. Public areas and façade will be luxuriously finished, and all the windows will be sound insulated. There will be 46 apartments, including studios, one bedroom flats, two bedrooms flats, three bedrooms flats.

The flats are “turn-key” ready, with equipped bathrooms and WCs, floor coverings (laminated parquet), painted walls (colour by choice) and air conditioners in every room. The flat owners can use the complex’s facilities and the beach.

Construction will start in May, 2011.
