The hotel is located in the most central part of the Bulgarian capital Sofia, in a close proximity to all necessary institutions, various bars, restaurants, casinos etc. Only in a few minutes walking is situated the square of the temple Sveta Nedelia.

The hotel is fully equipped and successfully working since 2004. This is already rare chance to find a hotel in this area of the capital.

The building is built up by bricks, its area is 760 square meters. The windows are PVC, the walls and the ceilings are painted by latex, there is floor covering.

The hotel is composed by three floors, each floor is separated into 5 studios and common bathroom and toilet. There are 15 rooms and 37 places  in the whole hotel.
