The seven-floor residential  building is located just 200 m away from the sea, close to the rehabilitation complexes of Pomorie town. Pomorie is one of the most well laid towns on the Bulgarian sea coastline. The coastal beaches here are covered by refined golden sands, the region features clean air and magnificent nature.
