The complex is created for а summer vacation or for your comfortable year round life. It completely covers all modern standards of comfort and coziness. The complex is located in the wonderful town Sozopol, Budjaka, only 200 meters away from the sandy beach and in the same time in a very close proximity to the center of the town. This beautiful place offers many historical and cultural monuments, amazing nature and warm and sunny weather during the most time of the year.

There are water supply system, electricity and plumbing system in the monolithic building. The complex offers swimming pool, beautiful green garden and BBQ.

The built up part of the complex is 950 square meters, the area of the plot is 1127 square meters. The complex consists of 4 floors. Three of them are separated in 2 two bedroom apartments and 1 one bedroom apartment. There are 2 two bedroom apartments on the mansard floor. The composition of the apartments is formed around built up in the center stairs. The stairs connects the levels of the complex, separates and in the same time unites spaces and gives the chance to take a gradual perceive of the vertical and horizontal connections.

The apartments are separated into two groups – group Day and group Night. The apartments in the first group have accessible straight from the entrance spacious guestroom with kitchen section and big panoramic terraces. They are oriented to the sea. Group Night offers apartments oriented to the inner garden.
