The building of the complex is characterized by its excellent monolithic construction. The walls are built up by bricks, outside there are thermo and hydro insulation. The UPVC windows frames are five chambered, the floor in the common areas is covered by ceramic granite tiles. The interior walls are covered by plaster filler, the floors in the apartments is laminated. The apartments are finished on a key turn level. Inside there are air conditioners, internet and TV access systems, sockets and switches. The bathrooms are fully equipped with all necessary accessories – shower cabin, toilet, sink, mirror and boiler.
