The complex is located in Sunny Beach resort – the most famous resort on the Southern Bulgarian coastline. The gentle sea, the soft weather and the fresh air make this place perfect for vacation and living during any season of the year. Sunny Beach is situated 25 kilometers away from the international airport, 5 kilometers away from the Old Nesebar with its unique ancient atmosphere, in a close proximity to Saint Vlas and its yacht port.

The complex is placed 250 meters away from the beach, close to the building there is bus stop connecting the resort to Burgas, Nesebar and Saint Vlas. This is the most elite part of Sunny Beach, among excellent restaurants, complexes and shops.

The complex combines relaxing atmosphere with comfort.

The building is designed in traditional Bulgarian style. The concrete monolithic construction is built up by bricks, there are thermo and hydro insulation. The façade is made up by stone and light oak material. The roof is covered by ceramic tiles, the building is with massive wooden supporting scaffoldings.

The apartments in the complex offer view to the sea, swimming pool and to the mountain.

The complex is composed by 2 housings. The first one is living building. In the second housing are built up shop on the first floor, restaurant with huge terrace on the second one, on the third floor are placed sauna, steam bath and massage rooms.

There is underground garage in the complex. In the center of the construction are placed swimming pool, children playground and bar.

The living housing consists of four floors, the building is with 5 separate entrances.

There are built up 50 apartments – 10 studios, 28 one bedroom apartments and 12 two bedroom apartments. The apartments offer big comfortable terraces. Their area starts from 40 square meters up to 110 square meters.
