Residential complex is located on the Bulgarian coastline, 150 meters away from the beach, 500 meters away from Sunny Beach, 1 kilometer away from nesebar and 25 kilometers away from the international airport in Burgas.

The stylish complex is composed of two buildings. The first one consists of 28 apartments, the second building consists of 26 apartments. Around the complex are foreseen green garden with beautiful plants and trees, swimming pool with children section, playground.

The construction of the complex is monolithic, the complex is built up by using natural high quality materials. The walls are made by bricks, there is foreseen thermo insulation on the façade. The apartments are sailed on a key ready level of completion. The floor covering is left on the customer’s choice – laminate or ceramic tiles. The walls are covered by decorative covering.

Each apartment offers air conditioner, glazing, boiler, switches and sockets, front door and interior doors. There are foreseen internet access and cable TV access. If the customer wishes there is an opportunity for underfloor heating. The bathrooms are offered with all the necessary sanitary equipment.

There are year round maintenance and service of the complex, the maintenance fee for one year is 7.5 Euro per square meter, plus VAT.
