The modern building in ship form, overlooking the sea, was built up on a high cliff in the ancient town of Sozopol. This is a quiet and peaceful region characterized by a mild climate which makes the resort suitable both for summer vacation or all year life.  There are all kinds of shops, restaurants, drugstore, and post station. Moreover Sozopol is well known for its sights – old streets, churches and museums.

The apartments in the complex designed in the form of large ship cabins. All of the apartments offer amazing view of the sea and the beach, view of the fortress walls of the old city.

There are on the first and the second floor restaurant, billiard, sauna, Information centre, bank offices, Tourist offices, piano-bar. In the complex are built up 30 apartments with spacious terraces or balconies. Each apartment has WI-Fi access, satellite television, and air conditioning system running on a heating and cooling mode.

Right at the foot the ship begins a sandy beach.
