The residential building is situated in the central part of the resort.

There are 5 floors and lift from the basement level with garages. On each floor are situated 4 apartments with area about 102-105 m2. On basement floor are situated 20 parking places. All the apartments are equipped with air condition and electrical radiators. Owners can live in the complex all year round. There is foreseen also a security room.

The buildinh has a Right of Use Permit – Аcт 16.

There is a spacious patio, a children playground and barbeque are foreseen also. By Owners’ request a pool construction is possible. Annual service tax amounts to 700 euros. To the each apartment is foreseen a parking place as a bonus. The apartments are offered “turn key” ready, with air condition, wholly finished bathrooms, but without furnishing.  Furnishing can be acquired additionally – the price is 10 000 euros for three room apartment.
