The project “White Sails” aims to insure a perfect sea holiday to the owners of the apartments.

The entire development is designed in the typical architectural style of the sea character of the region, with predominant application of natural white wood.

The architectural details give you the feeling of yacht sails and insure individuality by separating you from the other apartments in the neighborhood. The perfect location ensures an outstanding sea views for all of the apartments.

The order and the calmness in the complex will be insured by specialized Security Company. All non residents will have limited access to the complex.

According to the project there are two swimming pools in the complex - one for adults, and the second one - smaller for children.

All owners will be able to use also the areas for drinks and food in the complex.

Right next to the beach there are a beach bar, sunshades, sun beds, etc.

Each owner in the complex concludes a maintenance contract where is specified an annual fee. This contract guarantees comfort in a clean and well organized environment. The contract ensures also the maintenance of the parking places, sport facilities, green areas, the security system and the cleanness of the whole complex.

If you want to you can conclude another contract for renting your apartment. You can sign such a contract with a tour operator company. This company will find tourists who will rent your apartment while you are not using it.
