The building offering VIP apartments will be built directly into the rockface on the slope overlooking the sea.Each apartment in the resort will be luxuriously finished with a kitchen, bathroom, plastered walls and insulation.

The apartments will have cable TV, Internet and telephone points. Several types of furnishing options will also be available to suit the clients' needs. The common areas in the resort include a business centre, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a  playground for children, mini football pitch, restaurants and shops, a modern Spa & Beauty centre, a parking lot and twenty-four-hour security.
