The complex is situated in Ravda village, 120 m from the Black Sea coast.

The complex is 3 km from Nessebar town – famous as the culture center of the south coast. There is the most famous resort in Bulgaria –Sunny Beach only 4 km from the complex. 27 km from Ravda is the Bourgas airport.

The complex consists of 4 four floor buildings. There are 16 apartments in each of them. The apartment area is from 45 up to 59 sq.m.

There is a parking place for the residents. There is an air condition and kitchen in every apartment. There is also a pool, summer bar and barbeque place in the yard..
