The complex is situated on the coastline of the prestigious town Saint Vlas, 150 m from the beach, 900 m from the world famous yacht port of Saint Vlas and 300 m from the center of the town.

This is a quiet place with gorgeous landscapes, located between the evergreen slopes of Balkan mountain and the sea, where soft breeze could be felt during the whole year.
