The family hotel was built in 2006. There are separated 2 parts: hotel part with separate entrance and residential part,
 where the Hotel Owners can live. If necessary, this part can be added to the hotel part. 
The hotel consists of 9 double  rooms and 1 apartment. In some of the rooms can be added a 3rd bed.. 
Every rooms is equipped with bathroom and WC, TV and is wholly furnished. Total hotel capacity amounts to 26 beds. 
Another, residential part has separate entrance and consists of 2 levels, connected by a staircase. 
It consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one of them with single Jacuzzi. 
Total area of residential part – 100 sq.m.  The hotel has stores and services premise, restaurant for the guests, sauna. 
There are: spacious greened yard with unique flora, barbeque and garages. The hotel is situated in a quiet and tranquil district, 
only 5 min walk from the 1st station of the ski lift.  It is built in a traditional style, meeting all the requirements of modern construction.
